Paving

Fresh asphalt for driveways, walkways and lots — compacted right and built to last.

Paving & Hardscape

Asphalt paving that handles New Jersey winters

A good paving job starts below the surface. We excavate soft spots, set a properly compacted stone base and grade every surface so water runs away from your home — not into it.

From brand-new installs to resurfacing a tired, cracked driveway, our crew delivers a smooth, dense finish with clean edges that will look sharp for years.

Our paving services include

  • New asphalt installation
  • Resurfacing & overlays
  • Excavation & stone base prep
  • Proper grading & drainage
  • Sealcoating & crack filling
  • Pothole & patch repair

Paving FAQ

How soon can I drive on new asphalt?

Typically after 2–3 days for passenger cars, depending on temperature. We'll give you exact guidance for your job.

Should I resurface or replace?

If the base is solid and cracks are surface-level, resurfacing saves money. Deep cracks, sinking or alligator cracking usually mean full replacement. We'll tell you honestly which one you need.

How often should asphalt be sealed?

Every 2–3 years is a good rule of thumb in New Jersey to protect against water, salt and UV damage.
